Job description
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including purchase orders,invoices, employee claims and statements etc.
- Responsible for daily accounting of accounts payable related activities including vendor invoices, employee claimsetc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reportsto balances.
- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
- Prepare other reports relating to AP function as determined.
- Prepare and review a monthly report on suppliers paid by invoice with due date for payment.
- Vendor balance reconciliation
- All Internal MIS reporting and support month end activities pertaining to
- vendor payments including that of preparation of monthly accruals.
- Provide monthly, periodical, annual financial, MIS reports and account
- summaries for submission to senior management / functional heads, as per
- process and procedures, provide support / inputs for developing / reviewing of annual budgets, as appropriate and necessary
