Finance & Accounts Executive

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in accounting operations and reconciliations.

Sales Invoice Processing & DO Executive

• 2–5 years of experience in sales invoice processing, billing, or commercial operations.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts Executive

• Process bill bookings (Bill 2 & Bill 3).
• Record receivables and receipt entries.
• Create vendor, customer, and item master codes.
• Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations.
• Process sales orders.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.
• Maintain ERP data and accounting records.
• Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

Sales Invoice Processing & Delivery Order Executive

• Process sales invoices accurately.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO).
• Verify sales orders and maintain supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams.
• Maintain ERP records and commercial documentation.
• Ensure invoice accuracy and timely processing.
