Job Description/Skills Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand and analyze business and personal financial statements.
- Ability to interpret commercial and consumer bureau reports and be familiar with financial risk scoring models.
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations, credit line decisions and process and the need to be compliant with internal and external guidelines and rules.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced centralized commercial underwriting environment.
- Must be customer oriented and willing to solve customer queries.
- Candidate should be analytical thinker, problem solver and decision maker with a keen attention to detail.
- Candidate should show desire to take on additional tasks and demonstrate strong time management skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Total 5 years of work experience including 2 years in Commercial Lending/Underwriting profiles
- Commerce Graduates
- CA / CFA / MBA Fin Degree preferred but not a deterrent for the right candidate
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Result oriented, demonstrates ability to learn and a will to win attitude
