Job Description/Skills Required
India Post Office has invited application from eligible candidates for appointment to 40889 posts of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) (Branch Postmaster(BPM)/ Assistant Branch Postmaster(ABPM)/ Dak Sevak). Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements may submit an online application by 16-02-2023, if they are interested and qualified. Candidates should submit all pertinent personal and educational information. To register an application, candidates must have an active personal email address and cell phone number when filling out the form.

Mode of Recruitment :
Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of merit. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Secondary School Examination of the 10th standard.
Fee Structure :
Payment of fee is exempted for all female applicants, SC/ST applicants, PwD applicants and Transwomen applicants. Application fees of Rs 100/- should be paid online by using debit card, credit card, or net banking.
