📝 Job Description

• Handle inbound customer queries for Amazon services.

• Deliver high-quality customer support for US/International processes.

• Ensure customer satisfaction with effective resolution.

• Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Any Graduate / Postgraduate can apply).

• Freshers are welcome.

• Candidates with BPO/Customer Support experience will have an advantage.

• Excellent English communication is mandatory.

• Must be flexible with night shifts & rotational offs.

• Candidates from Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali & nearby areas are preferred.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹2.06 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA
