🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Invoice Processing, and Payments in Oracle.

Handle Non-Inventory Vendor Invoice Payments and resolve Invoice On-Holds.
-
Perform Payment Holds Research, Quality Checks, and Vendor Statement Preparation.
-
Resolve complex employee/vendor issues and prevent negative service trends.
-
Collaborate with finance operations teams across multiple locations to ensure timely processing.

Analyze and report on Process Metrics and drive action plans for aged items.
-
Ensure 98%+ Accuracy Levels in transaction processing.

Prepare and assign Voucher Numbers by checking vendor files for previous payments.

Meet and exceed Productivity Targets consistently.

Understand and apply internal systems, policies, and procedures effectively.
🔹 Basic Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Commerce (B.Com)
✔ Advanced Excel skills
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
✅ Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Ledger
