Job Description:
- Provide voice-based customer support for Amazon customers.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Open for night shifts and flexible week-offs.
- Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months (with growth opportunities).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Any Graduate/PG can apply).
- Freshers are welcome. Candidates with prior BPO/Customer Support experience will have an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹2,32,250 – ₹3,60,000 LPA
