Position Title : Finance Director
Location : Netherlands
Qualification : CA
Experience : 10+ years of post Articleship experience spanning across Corporate, Business Planning, Revenue Assurance and Accounting in large organization with adequate knowledge about Telecom/Fintech Business.
Role Responsibilities :
· Responsible for Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Book closure of all HoldCo Entities.
· Annual Accounts closure as per Dutch GAAP.
· Responsible for Quarterly/ Half yearly/ Annual statutory Audit.
· Implementation and monitoring of ICOFR controls for HoldCo entities.
· Inter Company reconciliation.
· Accounts Receivable and Payable Management.
· Reviewing the variances of P&L/BS and taking appropriate actions wherever required
· Ensuring audited / unaudited AFSs are filed with all the regulatory bodies as per the prescribed timelines.
· Timely compliance of all local country statutory filings / secretarial requirements/Fund management for all the holding entities.
