SEBI Compliances.Adhering of monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annually and event-based compliances under Listing, Prevention of Insider Trading, Stock Options, Take Over Regulations and so on.Compliances of Overseas Subsidiaries.Compliances under RBI and FEMA for our overseas subsidiaries including remittances thereto and obtaining approvals to facilitate the same.ESOPs Scheme.To assist in managing the Company’s various ESOPS scheme at operational level for ESOPS, RSUs, Performance Stock Units and so on.Due Diligence and allied Capital Market related projects.To assist in carrying out the due diligence process and other projects that comes ancillary with the role.Audit and liaisoning with Stakeholders.Coordinating with our Locations, Auditors, SEBI, etc. and attending their correspondences.
