Job Description/Skills Required
- Highly audited team. This team create ID and grant access to the right staffs and also make sure all the access are revoked when they leave the organization • Complete user account management including Creation, Password Resets, Amendments and Deletion on the computer systems operated by user. • Advise customers on correct authorization procedures. • Process access authorization requests and reset passwords. • Assist users with access problems and investigate solutions. • Motivate systems users to comply with information security policies and procedures. • Provide clear and accurate advice to systems users on correct computer security and access authorization procedures.
