Job description
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and handling correspondence.
- Recruitment Assistance: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new employee files, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Payroll Support: Provide support in processing payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, and maintaining payroll records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, providing information and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Support the coordination of training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and maintaining training records.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1.6 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
