Job Description/Skills Required

  • Assist in obtaining Forest Clearance for new mine projects
  • Obtain Gram Panchayat FRA NoCs for forest proposal and private land acquisition
  • Complete demarcation, boundary pillars marks and tree enumeration for Processing for forest clearance
  • Obtain NOC for Archeological/ Historial/ Wildlife Corridor/ Elephant Corridor etc. from concerned authority
  • Finalize Land Schedule and obtain certification from the revenue Authorities
  • Complete Land acquisition under CBA Act 1957/LA Act 2013
  • Prepare Application Under section 3& 4 Under CBA Act 1957 and send it to MoC
  • Consult with mining block owners for preparation and notification of Section 3 & 4 under CBA Act 1957
  • Finalise Land Schedule and certification from the concerned revenue Authority
