Purpose/Objective

- Responsible for supporting the company’s M&A activities, financial due diligence, and integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities of Role

- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of potential M&A targets, including financial statements, pro forma financial modeling, and valuation.

- Due Diligence: Lead and participate in financial due diligence processes for potential acquisitions.

- Identify and assess financial risks, opportunities, and key drivers of the target company.

- Valuation: Determine the valuation of potential acquisitions through various methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, summarizing the financial implications of M&A transactions.

- Integration Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration plans, including financial aspects such as accounting, tax, and cost-saving strategies.

- Legal and Compliance: Ensure that all M&A activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, working closely with legal teams to address any legal and regulatory issues.
