2. JOB PURPOSE
The Primary Objective of the role is to manage Cash Flow and Fund Flow requirement of the Company. Preparing the Cash Flow MIS for Annual Budget as well as Preparing Rolling Cash-flow for next 3 months and Actual Cash flow on month-on-month basis along with variance vs Budget Preparing the MIS & budget for The Smart Meter Business as well Longe Range Plan & Strategic Plan (STRAP) with the Business.
3. Roles & Responsibilities (Job Description):
Cash & Fund Flow Management • Develop and implement robust cash-flow forecasting models to accurately predict cash needs and optimize cash utilization. • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational requirements. • Co-ordinate with various departments to streamline cash-flow processes and minimize idle cash balances. Liquidity Management • Manage Short Term and Long-term liquidity needs to ensure the companys financial stability and flexibility. • Evaluate Liquidity risks and develop Strategies to effectively manage liquidity buffers. • Optimize banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for banking facilities. Debt Financing • Prepare the Financial modeling for the purpose of Debt financing and present to the Senior Management and External financial institutions. • Conduct regular reviews and performance analysis of Investment instruments. • Monitor debt covenants and ensure compliance with borrowing agreements. Investment Management. MIS & Budgeting • Preparation of Model for Calculation of IRR Tendering Activity as well to check the financial feasibility of new Project. • Preparation of annual business plan and Cash flow requirement for the smart meter business. • Preparation of Monthly Flash Report and MIS of Actual and Variance vs Budget on Monthly Basis, Along with Variance Analysis and Qualitative and Quantitative commentary. • Preparation of Customize MIS and Tracker of the Smart Meter Business on Weekly basis for CEO Review
Qualification: CA / MBA or advanced certifications (e.g. CFA, CPA)
Any other Diploma/ Certification/ Skills: CFA /CPA
