- Role Team Member – Direct Tax
- Description –
- looking for a candidate who has in depth knowledge of income tax act and ensure timely compliance of Tax, TP audit, ITR, Assessment and Appeal etc. of Adani legal entities.
- Role & responsibilities
- 1. Ensure completion of Tax, TP audit within timelines
- 2. IT Return filings with accurate disclosures
- 3. Timely compliances of assessment and other tax notices
- 4. Attend Internal audit of direct tax compliances
- 5. Review Lower TDS, 281 applications, appeals and rectification filing, assessment, and notice compliance status
- 6. Drive SAP changes for tax laws amendments
- 7. Build relationship with tax consultant, tax auditor, CATO and BU
- Relevant Profile
- – CA Qualified (Preferred) with Min. 5 Yrs. of experience in Direct Tax
- – Post Graduate / MBA / Inter CA / Inter ICWA with Min. 8 Yrs. of experience in Direct Tax
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 1. 6+ years of proven work experience in Direct Tac
- 2. Should have in-depth knowledge of income tax assessment, transfer pricing assessments, re-assessments,
- rectification of applications, other notice compliances and foreign remittance notice
- 3. Should have insights on ICDS
- 4. Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns Knowledge of tax software and MS Office.
- 5. Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
- 6. Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationship.
- Work Timing : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days : 5.5 Days (All Saturdays half day) - Job Location : Ahmedabad (Makarba)
