Accenture is hiring talented professionals for multiple HRO Operations roles at their Mumbai (Vikhroli) office. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to join a global leader in consulting and technology services.

🕒 Shift Timings: US Shift – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday, Fixed Weekend Off)
🏠 Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Available Roles:

🔹 HRO Operations (Employee Lifecycle Management & Data Administration)

• Manage employee data from hire to exit, including query management.

• Handle delivery operations, HRSS delivery, cost optimization, client and stakeholder management.

• Drive SLAs, people management, and performance optimization.

Open Levels:

• CL 8/9: Experienced HRSS professionals with strong delivery and stakeholder management skills.

  • (1 CL 8 Voice role also open – candidates from customer service backgrounds may apply.)

• CL 10: Individual contributor (IC) with 5–6+ years of experience as SME/PME.

• CL 11: 3–4+ years of HRSS experience with good communication skills.

• CL 12: Domestic/International HRSS experience with strong communication skills.

🔹 Talent Acquisition (CL 10)

• End-to-end recruitment for global clients.

• Experience in Global Talent Acquisition and International Hiring.

• Must have strong client handling and stakeholder management experience.

• 5–6+ years of relevant recruitment experience required.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Strong HRSS or TA experience (as per role).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on knowledge in HR operations and data management.

• Willingness to work in US shift (Night Shift).
