Position Overview:

We are looking for an entry-level PTP Coordinator to join our team. In this role, will be responsible for supporting the Procure-to-Pay process by assisting with procurement, invoice processing, and vendor payments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about the procurement and finance operations within our company

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of procurement and accounts payable.

Educational Requirements:

• A degree in Commerce (Specialization in finance, accounting, business will an added plus)

Experience:

• No prior experience is required
