Job Role – International Voice Process (Freshers)

Handle international customer interactions via voice process.

Deliver excellent customer support with professional communication.

Provide timely solutions while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs).

Ensure positive customer experience with empathy and problem-solving skills.

Document interactions accurately in company systems.
Eligibility & Requirements

Fresh graduates from Arts & Science streams only.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Willingness to work from office (WFO) – 5 days a week.

Comfortable with US shift timings (Night Shifts).

Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented candidates preferred.
