Graduation is must, US Healthcare experience Must
1 – 7 years experience in US Healthcare Payor operation – Broker operation (commission calculation)
Knowledge with VUE commissions payment platfrom experience, salesforce application would be preferred.
Experience in configuring and maintaining broker systems and commiussion systems data.
Management of broker certifications / compliance
Experience in US Healthcare payor will be added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to coach other team members and take ownership of escalations
Attention to detail, understand payer and insurance industry
Critical thinking.
Handling complaints and solving incidents.
Experience in broker commissions paymenmt and validation
Experience in interacting, researching and responding to broker inquiries
1 – 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Payor operation.
Experience in US healthcare Provider Credentialing & Provider Demographics process.
Managing credentialing files, handling provider inquiries, resolving credentialing issues, coordinating with multiple departments
Good English language skills spoken/written/grammar/sentence formation
Comfortable using PC and browsing
Handling complaints and dispute resolution
Take ownership and follow up to resolve
Typing skils @ 35 WPM
