Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)
- Generate business through sales of banking products
- Conduct marketing activities to promote bank services
- Understand customer needs and provide customized financial solutions
- Cross-sell banking products to existing customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Participate in sales campaigns and business drives
- Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in banking)
- Any Graduate
- Age: Up to 30 years
- Must have own conveyance (bike/vehicle)
