🧾 Job Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new Current Account (CA) customers
- Build relationships with Business Banking clients
- Cross-sell banking and third-party financial products
- Promote CMS, POS, Beat services to CA customers
- Achieve business targets in terms of volume, value, and channel productivity
- Manage and penetrate open market leads effectively
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 👨🎓 Graduation mandatory (Any stream)
- 🧑💼 1–3 years of field sales or banking experience
- 🧠 Strong understanding of business banking or retail liabilities
- 💪 Motivated, energetic, customer-focused
- 🚶♂️ Must be comfortable with fieldwork / open market sourcing
- 🎯 Age limit: Below 30 years
