- Review and moderate user-generated content as per defined policies
- Ensure online safety and brand protection across platforms
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity on moderation tasks
- Follow content guidelines and escalate sensitive issues as needed
- Handle inappropriate or sensitive content with professionalism and maturity
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Emotionally strong and able to view sensitive content
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Familiar with social media platforms and web tools
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Only graduates are eligible (No pursuing candidates)
- All educational documents must be in hand (PC & CMM mandatory)
