  • PG: M.Com / MBA (Finance)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Direct & Indirect Taxation:

• TDS, TCS, PF compliance

• Tax-related JVs and filings

🔹 Interunit Accounting:

• Posting of clinker transfer entries

• Inter-segment and inter-unit reconciliation

🔹 MIS & Reporting:

• Ughai Reports & MIS vs Hyperion Reconciliations

• Raw material aging, Working Capital variance reporting

🔹 Provision Accounting:

• JV postings and provisional entries

• Handling payments and internal communications

🔹 General Ledger Activities:

• Hyperion uploads (Finished Goods, RM, Fuel)

• Inventory reconciliation

🔹 Governance & Risk Management:

• Accurate data entry and compliance

• Maintain high-quality documentation for audits

🔹 Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with business units, marketing, and zonal teams

• Respond to queries during accounting/reporting processes

🕘 Work Schedule:

• Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun Off)

• Location: Pune (Work from Office Only)
