Position Details
- Role: RTR Skills Specialist (Finance and Accounting)
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Shift: Flexible (24/7 shifts)
- Education Required: BBA or B.Com (Commerce graduates only)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform General Ledger Accounting, Treasury Accounting, Bank and Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, Journal Reviews, Fixed Assets Accounting, and Month-End Close activities
- Provide expertise in RTR/GL/Reporting within a BPO/Shared Services environment
- Manage reconciliation and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs & KPIs
- Experience working in an SAP ERP environment with multi-country exposure
- Ensure quality control and accuracy in financial processes and reporting
Skills and Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and Macros
- Background in the manufacturing, service industry, or equipment provider sectors is preferred
- Interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality work
- Familiarity with the R2R process, including Bank Reconciliations, Treasury Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Journal Processing
