🔹 Position: Customer Support Associate (L2)

📌 Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
📌 Industry: BPO / Voice Process – Customer Service
📌 Process Type: Voice (English + Hindi)

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum HS Pass

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• Must have excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (no major MTI)

• Typing Speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

• No planned leave for the first 3 months after joining

• Should NOT have appeared for a Flipkart interview in last 3 months

💰 Salary Details

• Experienced (Min 6 Months): ₹2,20,000 LPA (₹16,200/month)

• Freshers: ₹2,12,000 LPA (₹15,603/month)

• Apprentice (No PF Account): ₹1,92,100 LPA (₹16,008/month)
