Escalate discrepancies to supervisors

Maintain accuracy and quality while processing
⚙️ Skills Required

Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good communication skills (spoken and interpretation)

Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90–95% accuracy

Basic banking knowledge is a plus

Strong analytical & interpretation skills

Exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel)
