- Handle collections and recovery activities as per assigned targets
- Manage biometric, smart card, and cross-sell product collections
- Provide customer support and ensure timely collections
- Maintain and reduce PAR (Portfolio at Risk) accounts
- Coordinate with agencies and handle legal recovery cases if required
