Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Achieve Revenue and Profit Targets: Meet store revenue and profit goals by executing sales plans and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, provide product presentations, handle queries, and use product knowledge to assist in purchases.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Track inventory, place replenishment orders, and maintain proper display and quality standards.
- Customer Relations and Feedback: Maintain positive customer relations, collect feedback, and report to the immediate manager.
- Administrative and Emergency Procedures: Complete administrative paperwork, attend staff meetings and training sessions, and understand emergency procedures and store regulations.
Preferred candidate profile : Graduate or pursuing graduation with 0-1 year of experience.
Oral Communication Skills, Excellent in product knowledge.
