Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers’ concerns, and offering solutions promptly.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree with >1 year of experience in customer service.
- Should be ok to work in night shifts.
