- Handle customer queries through voice calls (domestic process)
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months experience required
- Freshers not eligible
- B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc candidates not eligible
- Excellent English communication skills required
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
