Roles & Responsibilities
- Source customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Generate leads through direct sourcing and channel partners
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and builders
- Conduct customer profiling and eligibility checks
- Perform basic credit assessment of loan applicants
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams
- Ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Loan/LAP sales
- Strong knowledge of local market and sales channels
- Good communication and negotiation skills
