Role Overview
IndusInd Bank is hiring Chartered Accountants for the position of Internal Auditor. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting risk-based internal audits, evaluating internal controls, identifying operational risks, and strengthening governance and compliance across various banking functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute risk-based internal audits across various business and operational functions.
- Perform internal control testing to identify process gaps and control weaknesses.
- Assess operational and financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management initiatives.
- Prepare audit reports with observations and recommendations.
- Track closure of audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Assist in audit analytics and data-driven risk assessments.
- Collaborate with business units to improve internal control frameworks.
