- Position: Customer Support Associate (Voice – L2)

- Salary:
- Freshers: ₹2.12 LPA (₹15.8K/month)
- Experienced (6+ months): ₹2.2 LPA (₹16.4K/month)
- Apprentice (Freshers without PF account): ₹15.8K/month
- Shifts: 24/7 rotational with 5 days working & 2 rotational week-offs
- Location: 100% Work from Office – Rajarhat, Kolkata
🔍 Job Description:
- Handle inbound customer voice calls and resolve queries
- Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy required
- No planned leaves allowed for 3 months after joining
- Work environment includes rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Fixed salary with performance evaluation
✅ Mandatory Criteria:
- Minimum: 12th pass (HS)
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
- Freshers & experienced (0–1 year) are eligible
- Must not have attended a Flipkart interview in the last 3 months
- Must be customer-oriented and ready to work night shifts
- Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
