🔍 Job Summary:
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing in SAP HCM for US clients, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for payroll issues, work closely with onshore teams, and contribute to service level targets and KPIs.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

On-cycle/off-cycle payroll processing using SAP & Payroll Control Center

Handle complex payroll issues, simulation errors, and retroactive adjustments
-
Validate post-payroll actions: GL posting, DME, tax reconciliation, etc.

Drive root cause analysis, process automation, and SOP creation

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure client satisfaction

Lead training sessions and mentor new hires on SAP payroll
-
Generate advanced payroll reports and support audit requirements
🧠 Skills & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s in Commerce/Accounting preferred

Experience: 3+ years in SAP HCM & US Payroll domain (36–42 months)

Strong knowledge of Infotypes, PAUX, PAKY, PCC, PU03, CIPE, DME

Excellent communication skills (English – verbal & written)

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & SAP payroll systems
