Role: Customer Support Associate – Blended Voice Process
Industry: BPO / BPM
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Experience: 0–5 Years
Salary: ₹1.75 – ₹2.5 LPA
Location: Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi/NCR
Working Days: 5 days/week with 2 rotational week-offs
Shift: Rotational (Night shift cabs available one side)
✅ Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.

Resolve queries with accuracy, empathy, and customer-first attitude.

Provide information about products and services.

Log customer interactions accurately and update CRM tools.

Communicate effectively in English; other language skills are a plus.
