Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.

Resolve customer issues, queries, and provide product/service support.

Work in rotational shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs).

Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
🎓 Eligibility & Skills Required

Education:

12th Pass – with prior customer support experience.

Freshers – Graduation is mandatory.

Experience: 0 – 4 years (Freshers welcome).
