Handle inbound voice process for US Healthcare clients.

Ensure high-quality communication and issue resolution.

Work in rotational shifts / night shifts with split weekly offs.

Strictly work from office – candidates must be willing to relocate to Kolkata.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: HSC / Graduate in any stream.

Not Eligible:Â B.Ed., MBA, BA LLB, niche degrees, and full-time students.

Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers welcome).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication (verbal & written).

Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Must have Aadhar & PAN card (Minor PAN not accepted).

Open to outstation candidates with relocation bonus support.
💰 Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹1 – 3 LPA (Take home ~₹20K monthly).
