Job Description/Skills Required
We are looking for fresher and more experienced candidates who want to build their careers in the international domain by having excellent verbal communication skills.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service through emails and chats
- Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
- Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done
- Meet pre-determined targets
- Represent the client in a professional manner
- Adhere to clients defined processes & procedures and company policies
- Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications
- Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality requirements
Preferred Skills/Education:
- Excellent communication skills in English being the primary language.
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Postgraduate can apply
- Prior customer service experience is preferred (6 months to 3 Years)
- Freshers also can apply
