Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collections
- Follow up and negotiate payment schedules with customers
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues
- Maintain records of calls and customer responses
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines
- Provide professional customer interaction during collection process
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Intermediate)
- Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Language: Hindi mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Basic communication and negotiation skills
