Job Description
- Drive gold loan business through customer acquisition and servicing
- Handle loan disbursement, documentation, and customer onboarding
- Cross-sell insurance, savings accounts, and other products
- Conduct field visits and build customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets
- Monitor repayments and minimize delinquencies
- Verify KYC documents and gold valuation processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure audit-ready documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of gold loan / lending / KYC processes preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler and mobile phone
