Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately update the various information as per the country specific business rules.
- Escalate any issues with the legibility of the scanned documentation as per the escalation matrix.
- Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.
- Processing the shipments as per the Standard Operating Procedure set by the organization.
- Work on the Critical to Quality checks and ensure that the processing is done as per the specifications meeting targets for Quality and Average Handling time.
- Adhere to strict time guidelines in order to ensure that all the Cut-Offs are met
- Collaborate and contribute for the innovation sessions in the process to bring efficiencies.
Competencies/Skills:
- Good Data Entry Skills 40-45 WPM
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Suite Skills (Excel, Access, Word)
Languages: English mandatory as well as local language as per the requirement.
