Job Description:
- Excellent communication skills to be able to reciprocate with UK based customers & Field Engineers at ease.
- Applicant should be ready to handle (receive and make) phone calls throughout the day.
- Applicant should be flexible to work in any of the scheduled shift as this is 12 x 7 support.
- Applicant should be flexible to Work from Office.
- CCNA certification is an added advantage
- International Voice experience is an added advantage.
Candidates will be assessed on:
- Excellent Communication Skills Verbal, Written & Comprehension
- Knowledge on basic telecom (Copper, Fiber, Ethernet, Networking etc.)
- Previous experience in customer support will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelors degree in science & engineering background is mandatory.
- Work location: Chennai Sholinganallur Tech Mahindra Campus (WFO)
- Flexibility: 24/7 with any 2 rotational Off
- 2-way cab facility
