International Non-Voice Support
Description – Technical Support/Customer Support
Handle inbound calls pertaining the technical issues
Remotely resolving the technical issues
Should have good knowledge in Windows and need to have basic knowledge in Networking
Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT
Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 technical support team
Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool
Shift Timings: US Shifts (2 days rotational week off with free cab facilities for pickup & drop within boundaries)
Work Location : SRG or Perungalthur , Chennai
Rounds of Interview: Language Assessment test & Operations Round
