✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any graduate (Must have provisional certificate and CMM)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in content moderation (Non-voice process)

• Age Limit: No specific age limit

• Joining: Immediate joiners only

• Documents Required:

  • Updated Resume

  • Passport-size photograph (recent)

  • Original Aadhar card with updated photo

  • Last 3 months payslips (from current/previous employer)

  • Offer & Experience letters from all prior companies

  • Provisional Certificate from university

🛠️ Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication in English (written & verbal)

• Strong emotional resilience to handle sensitive/inappropriate content

• Ability to adhere to strict content moderation policies

• Strong reasoning, analytical, and time management skills

• Experience in using websites, social tools, and following SOPs

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

📢 Important Notes

• This is a non-voice, work-from-office role

• Only experienced candidates (1–4 years) in content moderation are eligible

• Candidates pursuing education (graduation or post-graduation) are not eligible

• Shift: 5 days a week with 2 rotational week offs

• Must have experience documents for all prior roles
