✨ About the Role
As part of Wipro’s Premium International Voice Support team, you’ll handle US customer queries through inbound calls, deliver high-quality support, and ensure seamless service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls for US clients.
-
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
-
Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and client satisfaction.
-
Follow process compliance, SLAs, and documentation standards.

Support process improvement and deliver first-call resolution.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
-
Education: Graduate in B.Com, B.A, BBA, BHM, BCA, B.Sc (except IT, Stats, Math Hons., Eco Hons.)

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome)

B.Tech / MBA Freshers: Not eligible (Minimum 6 months international BPO experience required).

Skills: Excellent English communication, MS Office basics, and flexible for night shifts.
