Infosys hiring Any Graduate with 2-6 years experience for Technical Support position at Coimbatore.The Technical Help Desk Support (L1) is responsible for providing first-level technical support to our US-based clients. This includes answering phone calls, emails, and chat messages, as well as providing remote troubleshooting assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers.
L1 Support:Technical Support (L1):Min. 2 years of mandatory experience in technical support (international voice) (inbound calls or FCR, First Contact Resolution).Talents should have experience in VPN, BSOD, Bit Locker, MS Teams, Password Reset, Active Directory, Printer, Outlook/Webmail/Add-Ins/PST/DST, BIOS, Drivers & Installation, and Ping Command.Talents should be aware of the difference between service requests and incidents, SLAs, and metrics handled.Experience in voice and email support (US client).Strong customer service and handling skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
