Interface with Customers via Inbound/Outbound calls/Chats/Emails for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services. Roles & Responsibilities: *Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. *Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. Candidate Profile: * Any Graduate OR Under-Graduate with minimum 2 years Calling Experience in BPO sector. * BE/B.
