Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, emails, and chat
- Provide detailed information about products and services
- Manage returns, feedback, and issue resolution in a professional manner
✅ Skills & Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or voice process
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work night shifts (US/International timings)
- Must be located within 15 km radius of the work location
- Education: Graduates & Undergraduates both eligible
- Work Mode: Work from Office only
