• Handle customer queries via calls with empathy and positive communication

• Provide first-level resolution and escalate complex issues

• Troubleshoot and document technical issues accurately

• Build rapport through active listening and effective communication

• Manage objections and ensure customer satisfaction

• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends

• Participate in training and skill development programs

✅ Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate

• 1 to 2 years experience in customer support voice process

• Excellent communication skills

• Comfortable working in US shift (24*7, flexible shifts)

• Willing to work 100% WFO (Work From Office)
