💡 Role Overview:
As an Analyst Trainee, you’ll provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for Cognizant clients. You’ll work closely with global teams and resolve hardware/software issues in real-time.
📋 Key Responsibilities:

Respond to technical queries and provide real-time support to users

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues (hardware/software/networking)

Log tickets, maintain issue records, and escalate unresolved issues

Work in 24×7 support model including night shifts

Maintain documentation and enhance knowledge base
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates from 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 (Only BCA and B.Sc in CS, IT, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, or Electronics)

Minimum 50% in X, XII, and Graduation

Excellent communication (English – spoken & written)
